UX/UI design and Webflow website from scratch in 1.5 months

Cowork by Memos is a growing serviced office and coworking network in Poland with locations in Krakow and Lodz. They offer spaces for growing companies, startups, foreign entities looking for flexible solutions and freelancers, along with administrative support. A growing network, Cowork by Memos was adding new locations, adding more websites, reaching 4 separate sites, under different domains, which contained similar content and positioning them or selling through them was a challenge. In addition, the current agency did not offer support in developing the sites, so the company decided to look around the market for a new partner. That's how Cowork by Memos came to mind&matter, in early July agreeing to hand over the new Webflow-based site by August 26. After the initial analysis and gathering of the project scope, the client's expectations and the creation of a sitemap, the design of the site began with a designer based on best practices, with the idea of taking advantage of Webflow's strengths - phenomenal animations and interactions, fast hosting and thus the ability to display high-quality video on the pages. In addition to the visual aspect, the challenge was to centralize the content from the 4 sites into a single site that would navigate to the locations and promote the offerings of the entire organization, with a breakdown of the 4 locations - the 2 in Lodz and 2 in Krakow. In terms of conversions, the challenge was to get email addresses and customer signups for a free trial day, which we solved with an appropriate CTA. Another important challenge was to build the site in such a way that it was well optimized for SEO and could be quickly optimized in the future for expert guidance. Thanks to the choice of CMS Webflow and the fast hosting it offers, it will soon be possible to effectively position the site for key phrases. The work will culminate in a report with site optimization tips, a roadmap and content for Cowork by Memos, which will translate into improved visibility for the new site in the coming months after the launch of the new site. Successes need to be celebrated, and such a success is certainly the timely implementation of a very interesting Webflow-based website for Cowork by Memos!
